Maqetta.org - application down for maintenance

We have brought down the Maqetta application on Maqetta.org for awhile this morning, hopefully for just a small number of hours.

It looks like we ran into a capacity issue (too many user projects), and the only viable solution we have to deal with this issue is to run a script that removes user accounts that haven't been used for awhile. (We ran the same script last spring when we ran into the same capacity issue then).

It would appear that we ran into a limit issue (an excess of client activities), and the main feasible result we need to manage this issue is to run a script that evacuates client accounts that haven't been utilized for temporarily.
