Hi,

I was playing around with different tools and files, and got some of
the files deleted from the project panel. Now I can't revert those
back. Is there any way to reset my account, or create a completely
brand new project so that I get back the default files and directory
structure?

Thanks,
- Arif

Arif,
I deleted your account. Please sign in again and you'll get a brand-
new,
clean workspace.

We plan to offer an ability for users to reset their workspaces
sometime in
the future, but for now, sending email to this list is the best way to
go.

Jon -- Just did the worst thing imaginable. Had a maqetta prototype ready to present tomorrow morning and hit the delete icon by mistake (instead of the preview in browser icon).  The file and two weeks of prototyping disappeared from my workspace. Can you restore it for me with a reset? -- Gilbert

Hi Gilbert,
Try doing a undo in toolbar options. May be it will work for you.

Hi,

you can create user in user.xml file. <user email="ex...@e.com" name="example" password="pwd"/>
and create example directory in  maqetta  workspace.

Gilbert, it sounds like you hit the icon to delete an element on a page, not the file?  (The icon to delete a file is identical, but in the file palette, not the main toolbar, and it has a confirmation dialog)  We're doing a major design for the next release...

Anyway, it sounds like perhaps you had a major element selected on your page when you hit delete.  If you did not save the file, you should be able to close the file tab and tell it not to save your changes, or undo your change.  If somehow the changes got saved, I do not believe we have frequent backups (perhaps someone will correct me)  The back-end we have in place right now is very basic.

Easy thing to do would be to create a new project. You probably discovered this already, but in case you haven't, on the New menu, look for Project...
