MAPW Nat Council Thurs 16 April (Note times!)

Dear MAPW officials and active members,

 

Our next NC PLU meeting is on Thursday 16 April at 7.00pm EST (5pm Perth).

 

The Peace Fund Management Committee (also copied in this email) will then meet at 8.00pm.

 

If you recall, the date was changed from Tuesday to allow an ICAN Fundraiser to go ahead in Melb on the Tuesday.

 

Thanks to our WA colleagues who have kindly consented to a 7pm EST (5pm Perth) start, so that the Peace Fund can start at 8pm as originally planned.

 

A draft agenda is attached along with the previous minutes. Please send any additional items to me. Also attached are the draft protocols to go with our constitution (noting how the constitution is interpreted in practice). Please have a look at this document, which is the outcome of a meeting between Jenny Hadia and me.  

 

Victorian members: please let us know whether you will be attending in person or by phone.
