I think you're right that it could be more obvious how to send us support requests. This works as well as anything else. We'll work on that.
As for the issue you're having, it looks like you typed in a capitol letter as part of your email. I corrected it so now it's all lowercase, try it again. If that doesn't work, feel free to just email me about it.
In the future, we should just ignore case on emails all the time. We'll put that in our queue.
