Custom Map not displaying on GPS

Hi

I loaded a custom map on my Garmin GPSMAP 64S.  I used the instructions https://www.maptiler.com/how-to/garmin/.  It displays fine on Google Earth.  It is available in the list of custom maps on my GPS - but when I move to the location of the custom map - it doesn't display.  Does anyone have any tips about whats gone wrong?  I attached the file that I loaded to my GPS
