Can't open 2.3 projects in 2.5 or 2.6 (because of changed 'Halo' modes)

When opening a project file created with version 2.3 in MapSurfer.NET version 2.5 or 2.6 loading stopped with an error message like Unable to read file ... There is an error in XML document ...

If anyone else has the same problem I'm documenting here what I did to workaround the problem:

• Renamed the .msnpx file to .msnpx.zip
  
• Unzipped the file
• Opened studio\mapstyles.xml inside the newly created folder in a text editor
  
• Replaced
  <Mode>Smooth</Mode>
   by
  <Mode>Blurred</Mode>
  
  and saved the file
• Created a new zip from the folder
• Renamed the new .zip to .msnpx

Instead of the value Blurred you could also use Solid or SolidAndBlurred.

Thanks a lot for reporting this issue and sharing this workaround.
Within next few days, I will update projects created with old version.
