Problems running MSNMapGen.exe V2.6

There seem to be some problems with the installer of MapSurfer.NET 2.6. When I tried to run MSNMapGen.exe, I got the following errors:
- MapSurfer.Native.x64.dll missing: I had to rename Studio\Native.x64\NetGraphics32.Native.x64.dll to MapSurfer.Native.x64.dll
- MapSurfer.Core.Locales.resources not found: Although I selected English in the setup routine on a German windows system, MSNMapGen.exe didn't work until I also installed the German language pack. Interestingly, after that, the command line output is in English (which is perfectly fine with me...)

Unfortunately, I was not able to reproduce this issue on my German Windows 10.
Which Windows version do you use?
Could you also provide a stack trace of the error?
The problem is really weird, but your solution is much more weird. I don't understand how it can work after renaming the dll ))
