WMTS Layer click on map does not return info

Hi,

I have a problem with WMTS layer. Adding on map works great, but when I want to show samo info on click I get bad request from geoserver.
( https://domain.com/geoserver/gwc/service/wmts?service=WMTS&request=GetFeatureInfo&layer=LAYERNAME&infoformat=text%2Fplain&style=STYLENAME&tilecol=71&tilerow=46&tilematrix=&tilematrixset=EPSG%3A900913&i=134&j=115&info_format=application%2Fjson  STATUS 400) When I open this url I get this message from geoserver <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
