Test WMS server connections

Posting a new thread as per Lorenzo's request in another thread.

I'm attempting to connect to a few different WMS servers.

This wms service is from the State of Massachusetts.  

https://gis-prod.digital.mass.gov/geoserver/wms 

this connects in QGIS as a WMS server, Geostore gives an error

same for this WMS from USGS:

https://hydro.nationalmap.gov/arcgis/services/wbd/MapServer/WMSServer 

loads in QGIS, but fails in MapStore.  

Just wanting to see if people can connect to those servers.  I'm using an older version of MapStore as the newest binary cannot connect to external WMS servers (this is currently being fixed).  I may just wait until the July 10 minor release to try it with a fresh install and see how things go.

No problem to load these WMS servers in my MapStore instance.
You could test in some of my public maps.

The problem was probably related to binary only version for 2024.01.01.

It should be solved in 2024.01.02. 

For WMS catalogs there is another known issue from another email from you.

It happens when only one CRS is defined.

Its resolution is tracked here:
