Printing annotation labels misrendering

Hello,

Some of our users try to use the annotations tool.

They draw a label : 

On the map it display well, but when printing a black point is added at the label's center and the border defined in style disapear :

Typically, style changes on labels are printed incorrectly.

Have this problem already been encoutered ?

Note : I use MS 2023.02.02
