Edit Postgres table without geometry in Mapstore2

Hi,

I have a setup of postgres/postgis, geoserver and mapstore2, i have exposed postgres table without geometry as WFS, inserted in mapstore through catalog, i can open for edit but it doesnt save the edits, it doesn't give any error, you just press the save button, but nothing happens. Is this the right way to edit tables without geometry in mapstore? Or should I follow another approach?

I never tried this. Are you able to save other tables with Geometry?

Yes, those with geometry are ok.

How would you approach this? How would you insert and edit a non geometry table in mapstore?

Hi,

sorry for the late response. 

The integration with WFS-T is realated to the layers on the map in the MapStore implementation.

So having a layer without a geometry is a case that has not been taken into account, and that may require some development to be supported.
