Login Fail 500

I can't log in with the default username and password from mapstore using this link https://xxx.com/mapstore/ Login Fail 500 appears, whereas if I use the link http://157.15.77.xxx:8080/mapstore/ I can log in, I use mapstore version v2025.02.01 if I use the old version v2025.01.02 I can log in normally, I use a Windows Server 2012 VPS with Apache Tomcat

thank you for reporting. It could be useful if you can

- send the mapstore.log file

- if you are able to open the developer tools of chrome and see the error request of login in network tab, send us some information about the effective resonse of the server.

This information could be useful to identify better the problem.

I removed your message just for security. 

From the error it looks like the user is null. 

Are you using some sort of integration (LDAP, openID)?

Anyway I don't see the exception logged in your log, but only only other ones.

Can you send also mapstore.log ? 

My idea is that is caused by the recent change about IP filtering. For some reason ion your server, MapStore is not able to parse the IP address of the request.

Maybe windows server need a configruatioon for it?
