Hi raida,
I removed your message just for security.
From the error it looks like the user is null.
Are you using some sort of integration (LDAP, openID)?
I report here singificant part of the error:
---------------------------
ID: 3
Response-Code: 500
Content-Type: text/plain
Headers: {Content-Type=[text/plain], Cache-Control=[no-cache], Expires=[-1], Date=[Tue, 27 Jan 2026 13:20:27 GMT]}
Payload: Cannot identify user's IP address
--------------------------------------
Anyway I don't see the exception logged in your log, but only only other ones.
Can you send also mapstore.log ?
My idea is that is caused by the recent change about IP filtering. For some reason ion your server, MapStore is not able to parse the IP address of the request.
Maybe windows server need a configruatioon for it?
Just for information for developers, this is the link to the point that probably caused the issue.
