Item count and pagination not working for non-admin users

Hi, we have identified an issue with item counting as well as pagination — the count is not working.

I noticed that in similar (homologous) platforms some have this issue while others do not, which suggests it may be a GeoStore-related problem. ADMIN users are able to see the item count, whereas GESTE and USER users cannot.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hi,

Without having details, or precise steps to reproduce the problem is hard to determine the cause. I can think it is related to permission and not to platform, but here I'm trying to guess.

If you have more details about when this happens, indicating version and precise steps to reproduce, it can be useful to identify possible bugs.

Anyway, looking at your screenshot, it looks you are using an old version of MapStore. I can suggest you to upgrate to a latest version to see if the problem is related to an old version.
