Label placement on lines features

Hello,

I'm looking to customize my labels that are displayed on lines so I want to position the text on lines, the text to be curved and follow the lines.

I tried to modify the code in the image below in the red border, and nothing has happened.

Here is an example of what I want to achieve

For this matter, you can manage it in Qgis and extract the SLD file  and put it in your geoserver .
