Mapestore printing module_installation failure

I have been struggling for a year to introduce the printing module into Mapstore, and so far I have been unsuccessful.
I followed the steps outlined in “https://docs.mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/en/latest/developer-guide/printing-module/#building-from-the-source,” but it did not work.

Could someone guide me through installing the print module?

Hi,

I've seen the printing module installed in several environments, and all followed that guide, so don't warry, probably your problem is easy to fix.

Make sure first to respect the requirements and follow the guide.

If you want someone to help you should specify more information about your problem:

- version

- custom project or core

- procedure followed

- errors you see

Hi, 

did it happen printing A2 format? Does it work with other formats?

If so, probably there is an issue in config.yml file (in printing/ folder of the war)

You can fix it by replacing (whenever you find 

url: '/${configDir}/print_header.png'

with

url: 'file://${configDir}/print_header.png'

Please let us know if this is the issue, so we can fix it in the next releases.

please let us know also what platform and version are you using, because we are not able to replicate this issue, so having an indication of where it happens may help to identify the problem

Thank you, Lorenzo Natali, for your response and suggestion. The problem has been resolved by configuring the config.yaml file. The idea was to provide the path to the “mapstore/printing” files, as shown in the figure.
