Why this happened on pdf print. Jpeg and Png is working

Hi, 

this usually works, so you should investigate more about it on your environment.

The request you highligh notifies that the PDF has been genereated correctly and indicates the URL. 

Then MapStore should show the preview but somehow at that stage it can not load it. 

It could be several things: the pdf is not reachable for some reason, or it is corrupted so the preview is not working...

This are the first things that comes in my mind but to see what is effectively affecting your environment, you need more information.

What if you open the URL in the response JSON?

Do you see any error in MapStore logs? Any error in browser console?

Hi,

I notice, with a more quality picture, that the URL is pointing to geoserver print.

This is not a typical configuration of MapStore, that uses it's internal lib. 

So it looks to be a problem of GeoNode. Please ask to the GeoNode mailing lists.

Please check the images. i have error on Basemap on waterstamen that no maps when i change basemap to weaterstamen. thank you Lorenzo.

It could be a problem in PDF generation.

This is not reproducible on standard Mapstore (that uses its internal PDF service).

I think it is better to ask to GeoNode mailing lists, because it looks to be related to their services.
