Map views and legend

Hi,

I think the map views are a great feature (see a personal example here), but it seems they cannot interact with the legend that is always hidden.Opening the map legend block causes the map views to vanish. Ideally, we would be able to see at least the legend for the activated layers in the current view. Will this issue be resolved in an upcoming version?

Dear Severin,

Thank you so much. This is really appreciated. It is not expected for the views tool to work this way at the moment because its purpose is mainly to focus on the map visualization. We are anyway expecting sooner or later to enable the legend widget also for map viewers so that it will be possible to achieve the use case you are looking for, I think, and that would be really useful indeed.
