Predefined dropdown list table

Hi,

What is the easiest way to add dropdown predefined list value in certain fields in wfs layers?

Actually attribute table suggest as a dropdown already exited data within that field, but i would like to suggest already predefined list, because in some scenarios table is empty and by default mapstore does not suggest anything in this case, that why i need a predefined list.
