Configuring legend for classified SLD Layer

Hi,

I am using an SLD layer to create a classification scheme using the natural Jenks method. But in the legend upon creating the classification scheme I am not able to find which attribute was it. 
I want to display the attribute name followed by the natural Jenks division. Is there any workaround or something to tackle this? 
Please refer to the screenshot attached for a better understanding.

Hi,

Maybe you can add two text Rule one for the name and one for the jenks value

The second with a classification style
