[MapStore PSC] Minutes of the MapStore PSC Meeting - May 29, 2026

Hi Everyone,

As part of our commitment to transparency within the MapStore community, I am sharing the minutes from the official PSC meeting held on May 29, 2026.

In this session, we focused on the Spring 7 upgrade as a priority for 2026, then React 19, RxJS and backend refactoring. Downstream project refactoring and removal of GitHub submodules were also included topics.
