Running MapStore on an External IP

Hi all,

I am trying to install a mapstore codebase project following the guide. I have an Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS server running nod...@10.19.0 and n...@6.14.4, after running <npm start> the project starts up on localhost:8081, however I would like to have it running on Ip 192.168.15.20:8081. I tried running <HOST=192.168.15.20 npm run start>, but still not running. I also took a look at package.json trying  to change from localhost to 192.168.15.20. I am new to nodejs and reactjs. Could someone point me in a direction on how to achieve my goal?
