[MapStore PSC] Minutes of the MapStore PSC Meeting - July 31, 2026

Hi Everyone,

As part of our commitment to transparency within the MapStore community, I am sharing the minutes from the official PSC meeting held on July 31, 2026.

In this session, the PSC reviewed further several approved MIPs (WMS request optimization, multi-view identify, and component test IDs), agreed to migrate to React 19 through small incremental steps, and decided to consolidate libraries by phasing out Recompose and React Quill in favor of Hooks and the existing editor, alongside the Spring/Java 17/Tomcat 10 upgrade.
