FYI:

Anyone can start a new thread. Just click on the link "start a
discussion."

When and if discussions digress to the extent that threads begin to get
difficult to follow, I may break them up and copy certain conversations
into new, dedicated threads. Also, unused threads may get deleted after
a while. I'll try to keep dicussions archiived somewhere in case anyone
needs access to them later.
