Profiler

Hey,

as pointed out in a private mail to Thilo: core developers of mapsforge should be able to request a profiler license from yourkit! (or Thilo requests the license for all, not sure of the exact procedure for more devs)

They offer free licenses for open source projects if they will be mentioned on the project page somewhere.

Now as AWT support is added this makes sense and yourkit is (IMO a lot) better than all the Android tools!

PS: I'm not paid by yourkit for that 'advertisment' ;) ... just using it for my graphhopper project successfully!
