[US] Dear mappers,
As you know, Mapping Bangladesh Site and Forum were initiated in January 2012 and it has been almost a year that we have commenced our community activities. Having started with only a few members in early January 2012, this on-growing community has achieved 548 members as of today (9 December 2012). Through this year, we have established ourselves as a collaborative and successful community to the world and Google, with all of your amazing efforts.
On behalf of RER team of Bangladesh and managing committee of Mapping Bangladesh Community, I hereby humbly ask for your response in THIS survey questionnaire where we are collecting feedback from everyone about various fields and aspects of Mapping Bangladesh. Please do leave a response for us to know how we are doing.
Note: The responses are collected anonymously, your identity will note be disclosed; hence you do not have to worry about privacy.

আপনারা জেনে থাকবেন, ২০১২ সালের জানুয়ারী মাসে ম্যাপিং বাংলাদেশ ফোরাম যাত্রা শুরু করে এবং আমাদের কমিউনিটি নির্ভর কর্মকান্ডের বছরপূর্তি হতে যাচ্ছে কিছুদিনের মধ্যেই! মাত্র অল্পসংখ্যক সদস্য নিয়ে জানুয়ারী ২০১২ তে যাত্রা শুরু করে ম্যাপিং বাংলাদেশ গ্রুপ। বছরজুড়ে আমরা একটি শক্তিশালী এবং কর্মঠ সহযোগীগোষ্ঠী তৈরী করে গুগল ও বিশ্বকে উপহার দিতে পেরেছি। এসব সম্ভভ হয়েছে আপনাদের আন্তরিক প্রচেষ্ঠার কারণে।
বাংলাদেশের RER টিম ও ম্যাপিং বাংলাদেশ ব্যবস্থাপনা কমিটির পক্ষ থেকে আমি আপনাদের এই জরিপে অংশগ্রহণ করে প্রশ্নগুলোর জবাব দেবার জন্য বিনীত অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি। ম্যাপিং বাংলোদেশের ভিন্ন ভিন্ন আঙ্গিক ও ক্ষেত্র বিবেচনা করে আপনার মূল্যবান মতামত কামনা করছি। দয়া করে আমাদের কর্মকান্ড সম্পর্কে আপনার মতামত প্রকাশ করুন।
বিঃদ্রঃ জরিপটি বেনামে গৃহীত হবে, অর্থাৎ আপনার পরিচিতি জরিপে দেবার প্রয়োজন হবেনা। আমরা চাই নিঃসংকোচে আপনি আপনার মতামত জরিপে তুলে ধরুন।
