Wrong information on Google map

কি করবো যদি আমি গুগল ম্যাপে ভুল পাই ?

নিচে আমি যে কলোনীতে বসবাস করি সেই কলোনীর ছবি দিয়ে দিলাম । গুগলে যেরকম আছে ।

আর আমি এঁকেও দিয়ে দিলাম >> actually আমাদের কলোনীতে Street কেমন রয়েছে ।

আর এখানে কতোগুলো "মোড়" ( রাস্তার মোড় ) দেয়া আছে যা দেখলে মনে হয় কলোনীতে ৪ টা গেট । কিন্তু আসলে গেট কয়টা তা আমি এঁকে দিয়েছি - দেখুন ।

এ ভুল আমি কি করে সংশোধন করবো ? আমি আমার কলোনীকে পুরোপুরি সঠিক ও সুন্দর দেখতে চাই এই ম্যাপে । আমি নিজে এটা Edit করতে চাই ও অপ্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য Delete করতে চাই ।

But আমি Delete করতে পারছি না । আমাকে কি করতে হবে ?

আমি নিজে আমার কলোনীর Street , Area & Everything এঁকে দিতে চাই ।

কারণ আমি এখানে থাকি । আমিই এটার ভালো জানবো ।

আর একটা কথা , আমাদের গুগল ম্যাপ মেকার অফিসিয়াল এই ( https://sites.google.com/site/mappingbangladesh/ ) সাইটে " ম্যাপের ভুল সংশোধন " ব্যাপারে যদি কোনো টিউটোরিয়াল থেকে থাকে তবে তার Direct-Linkটা দিলে ভালো হতো ।

Dear Kaushik,

Thanks for bringing this to the forum. If you ever find that there is wrong or dated information in Google maps in your neighborhood and it should be fixed, you should go ahead an try to fix it. However, if you are still a new user, provide sufficient and valid reasons for your actions in the 'comments to the reviewer' box. 

Regarding the road segments that are inappropriately linked to the main road, delete them and draw them again as dead end segments. Any road inside a colony (or campus) should have the priority of 'Terminal Road'. If you think that the roads are not suitable for vehicle access, then the priority should be 'No auto traffic'. 

Additionally, you may like to add the name of the Colony using 'Add a place' and category 'Housing development'. After you choose 'Continue' you'll have the option of adding a boundary. Be sure to choose the second option under 'Building / boundary'. Carefully mark the boundary of the feature.

For your convenience, I've deleted the segment on the north-east.
