Announcement: Mapping Bangladesh Management Commiittees

[Mapping Bangladesh - ম্যাপিং বাংলাদেশ]

Dear all,

To better organize our external and internal affairs, active RERs in the group have taken a step to implement a forum charter. Below is a sketch of the charter for your understanding:

The community will be managed by two different committees:

(a) Supreme Committee: This committee has the ultimate authority and decision making powers over the Community for taking major decisions.

Members of the first committee are listed below:

• Md. Alamgir, RER and Country Advocate
• M Altafuz Zaman, RER and Country Advocate
• Hasan Shahed, RER
• Dawood Karim, RER

(b) Executive Committee: This committee is responsible for execution of decisions and carry out day to day activities.

Members of the committee:

• Hasan Shahed, RER                 Chief Executive Member (CEM)
• Moshiur Rahman Masud, RER Executive Member (EM)
• Md. Nasir Uddin, RER             Executive Member (EM)
• Tanzil Islam, RER                     Executive Member (EM)
• Arman Khossain, RER             Executive Member (EM)
• Avijit Roy, RER                       Executive Member (EM)
• Tafsirul Alam, RER                   Executive Member (EM)

Also, Spokespeople for the community are:

• Hasan Shahed, RER
• Arman Khossain, RER

The charter is effective from today, 01 July 2013 onwards. All committees will allow more members provided they are necessary and eligible. Thank you.
