Do not delete entries made on Review Spreadsheet

Dear mappers,

Assalamu Alaikum.

Thank you for mapping with us and contributing to expand the breadth of Google Maps service in Bangladesh.

We noticed a loss of entries on Review Request Spreadsheet  (also known as "Pending Edits for Review" sheet) after they are published for the last few days. It is our request to the mappers using the spreadsheet - please do not delete any rows on the sheet even after the entries have been published, independent of whether they are yours or belonging to other mappers. For those of you who are new and not informed about our methods - moderators do not actually delete the rows, rather they archive them to another spreadsheet for future reference (e.g. top stats, review history etc.).

In the circumstances, you are requested not to delete any rows (see Column L, M, N on the sheet for rules) from the review request spreadsheet at all, rather let them be for the RERs to take care of the published entries when needed.

This sheet is only for you, to make your entries to Map Maker get published much quicker than the typical methods like neighborhood subscription etc. The spreadsheet was initiated from February 2012 and is working fine with your co-operation. The only thing we ask of you is to stick to the rules for the reviewing operation to keep running as smooth as it can be.
