Poor Satellite Imagery - how to request for better?

Dear Experts and Mappers,

Good morn. The is a long patch of clouded and dark satellite image along BRAHMANBARIA City and COMILLA-SYLHET highway. I found the same difficulties over the Eastern part of Habigonj District (Bahubal Upazilla). Is there a way to improve these satellite imagery?
