Remove Non-existing Area: "Bambalapitiya", Matara

That area is not called "Bambalapitiya", and there's no "Bambalapitiya" in Matara.

Furthermore, there's now way to suggest edits (Deletion.).

Requesting removal of "Bambalapitiya" from the Matara region. It shouldn't be there.

This request is acceptable to me and approved.

This area is a part of Kadavidiya GN Division and Bambalapitiya is located withing Colombo Municipality area.
