Just received this through a friend of mine who works on the Punjab
Govt. Citizen Feedback Model where the Govt. calls citizens to get
feedback on govt. service provided to them.
The incident below is from Lahore, the Rescue 1122 team failing to reach in time and at the correct address.
Highlighted
is the feedback received from the affected, who lost her mother. She
might have survived had Rescue 1122 teams reached in time at the correct
place if it was reachable at all.
A sobering reminder of the
vitality of the mapping work we all do. Also a reminder that we need to
ensure accurate quality data on the maps.
