How to add states?

Hello all Nepali mappers and regional leads. as per our new constitution we have 7 state. Lets discuss how to add them?

 shall we add now or we should add them later when state will finalize their name?

Yup, @pitambar ji, 

Currently we do not have access to add boundaries , hope they will open soon, but we can discuss and add them correctly when it will be available.

Its too early to think to mark on map. Wait until our experienced mappers do something and--- of-course MM has to open full-featured UI though. Marking all those 7 states is not time taking job !!

I guess, its not a priority now. So lets wait for the new government to declare the final boundaries.

Plus Mapmaker is still limited to the edits for now.
