As Gustavo has given an example, any unsolicited/unnecessary
information can be considered as spam. Adding some more examples:
- Adding a non-existent feature where there is no way such a feature
could be present. For example, a shopping mall in the middle of a
forest.
- Adding irrelevant information to a feature. For example, adding a
personal/commercial website/description/address to a city or state or
other non-related feature.
- Adding features solely to advertise. For example, adding 'Address/
plots' giving names like "Plot for sale", etc.
