I have been asked to produce a map where different coloured map pins represent different destinations.   At the moment all I can see are the position markers (all the same colour).  Is there an easy way to do this?   Ideally I would like there to be a key at the bottom showing the different colours of pin and then the name of the destination next to it.

Thanks in advance.

Are you using MyMaps?  if so, click on the marker and you can change both the shape and color.
