How do I insert a bridge in between two roads?

How do I do this?
as you can see from the attached file, the first edit only placed the road (Accountant Street) into a intersection with the other two roads (Atherton and "unnamed" road)
Originally, they are not connected to each other but last year, the bridge that was being built their was finished.
so the meeting point of these two roads (Atherton-Accountant Street) is a bridge also, Atherton was extended a few meters so the end point of the bridge is not in an intersection with the "unnamed" road. , How could I place a bridge there?

You can do this by drawing a road covering the entire length of the
bridge, and then changing the elevation attribute to 'Bridge'. Please
