roads section not displayed

Hello,
I have some questions:
1. Way this section (Avram Iancu) is not displayed? (paralel with
Parcul Copiilor)

was correct until 2-3 days ago
2. Same problem here with Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918
http://www.google.com/mapmaker?ll=45.418124,23.372844&spn=0.003479,0.007467&z=17
here the problem appears 3 weeks ago
I try many times to correct but no result
