Hi CNR,
This error generally appears when a road is drawn overlapping with an
existing road. Can you please retry it? If you are still facing this
error, please post some screenshots of this situation.

Also, thanks for being an ardent Map Maker super mapper. We really
appreciate your efforts in reporting these issues.
