Different segment names of a road

How do I change some road segment's name leaving the others with the old name.

I want to do that because in my country's maps there are a lot of roads that changes its names and they were drawed as a single road.

I just realized that editing the segments I have the option of deleting from one route and adding it to another one.

add individual names to a segment without the need to delete it.
