Hello,

I want to be able to convert "La Avenida Confluencia" into 2 separate 1-way streets, but it will require approval from many other members.  To do start this, I will need to move the existing 2-way street over to the East a little bit and mark it as a 1-way street.  I will then create a new street to the West of the existing street running parallel to it.

The first order of business is simply clearing up 'pending' changes such as this road:

Would anybody be willing to participate in this project?

I thought that I would start the 2x 1-way street project where the street splits closest to the confluencia... however... so the first edit that needs approval is now:

Not sure if that was a good idea or not. :S  Because I can't 'move' the existing confluencia until that edit is accepted. :)
