Hi all,

Since Christian discovered one serious bug in the tm package, I
released tm 0.1.6.

You should update the tm package as follows:

easy_install -U tm

Changes:
* XMLWriter uses automatically the correct encoding for
strings (without a codecs.open(file, encoding=encoding) work-around
suggested by Christian Wittern
* Fixes Unicode issues of tm.mio.Source
