Thomas Neidhart provided the attached patch to let the XTM writer serialize
type-instance relationships as <instanceOf/> element.

Mappa handles all type-instance-relationships as assocs, though.

Decide if the writers should keep the current behavior (do not treat
type-instance-relationships different from "normal" associations) or if
they should write a shortcut for them. If they should write <instanceOf>
elements, keep in mind that an association may be in a scope != UCS.
