Currently all writers are coupled with Mappa but it would be better / more
flexible if each writer is released individually (unsure about the CXTM
writer, though).
The writers are already plugged-in through entry points so it should be
easy to convert each into a separate sub-project.
The engine should depend on the XTM 1.0 / 2.x writers, though.
