ANN: CTM reader 0.1.2 release / LTM reader 0.1.4 release

Hi all,

I fixed some bugs in the Compact Topic Maps (CTM) parser and made it
compatible to the current CXTM test suite. Note that the
interpretation of (named) wildcard has been changed (if they appear in
an included file), so I recommend an update:

easy_install -U tm.reader.ctm

Further, a performance issue has been fixed within the LTM parser.
This bug fix is not that important since the interpretation of LTM
topic maps is not effected, but you may want to update it as well:

easy_install -U tm.reader.ltm

... or install both updates via:

easy_install -U tm.reader.ltm tm.reader.ctm

Both updates are compatible to all recent Mappa versions.
