how to config "rundemo" project in vs2010 win32-console-application

Hello there,

I am a newbie in mapnik.My purpose is to show a simple .shp map in a VS SDI project.

I install the mapnik following the website Installing Mapnik In Windows and it works well! 

I got some photos in the folder.

Then,I want to create a vs win32-console-application project to run "rundemo".

So I download a zip file "mapnik-win-sdk-v2.2.0" ,   

found that I dont know how to config that project.

For example how many and what kind files or folders should be added into project?

It will be excellent if it had a step-by-step guide for create a mapnik hello world program.

Could you tell me how to config or what should I do to use mapnik in vc project?
