polygon offest not found

I am making mapnik XML sheet using tilemill 0.10.0 for styling the data , I have made 2.5D buildings using the building parameter in the tilemill , but after the 2.5D effect my building is coming over the roads. I have checked but have got nothing to shift my buildings , it is there for point , line and text but not for building or polygons.

If anyone knows how to overcome this problem , please help..
