Calle Rafael Cordero

I'm having troubles with this street. The locals consider this street on the south side of Plaza de Armas Calle Rafael Cordero, but there are no physical signs confirming it as such. However, I found this segment with the same name somewhere else in Old San Juan. Picture below.

I'm not sure what is the correct name for these segments? Why the confusion? Can anyone provide any insight as to what's going on here?

I don't know about the second segment, but I can confirm the first segment is correct. You can confirm this with Marshalls, which has a store there.

The one with Marshals has no real world labeling, but why is the second segment labeled that way? Do I make them both Rafael Cordero?

I would consider the second a mistake since there is no info to support it.
