Satellite Imagery/Default Alignment

It seems that consistently all mapped features are by default a few feet to the east of where they should be. Is the satellite imagery aligned correctly to this region?

It might have to do with the warping effect in some areas.

Sometimes the image will warp, it is very rare but does happen occasionally.
