You can now map with your friends on Google+ with the Google+ share box!

Hello mappers,

We’ve got some exciting news. You can now map with your friends on Google+ ! With a few simple steps you can share from Map Maker to your Google+ circles, and build your ever-growing Map Maker community in the process.

Sharing edits allows you to:

• Ask your local contacts to help you review an edit you’ve made
• Share edits with the Regional Expert Reviewers in your circles for their valuable input  
• Share from a ‘Review’ tab to ask your circles to help review the pending edits in a neighborhood
• Request information from your local contacts about features like businesses or roads that need more detailing
• Zoom in and share the viewport with your friends if there's an area that is missing many features such as roads or shapes

Anything you share from Map Maker will appear on your Google+ profile to the circles and individuals with whom you’ve shared the post. People in your circles can comment on your post, and from there you can continue on your way to creating comprehensive maps of the places you care about most!
