GPS Tagging?

I was going to start tagging some local Maplets maps that would greatly benefit from being GPS capable but I can't figure out how to do it.  Stuck on the first step. :(

Instructions say:  To specify the GPS location of the place (usually the entrance or center of the park), click on 'Open Map'.

I cant find anything that says "Open Map"

First of all thank you for helping out with the GPS tagging! Sorry to hear that you're running into trouble with the website.

Are you

trying to add a GPS for a map you uploaded, or for one that already exists? It appears that the instructions needs to be updated.

I've attached screenshots for both cases to help you add GPS.
