Map of windrock park tennesee

I contacted support to get this map on here and requested to make an account so I can do it, haven't heard back. Is it possible to make this work for maplets

I used to use it on my old device, and have even found the files for it on my old android phone. My newer android phone Maplets app doesn't have it anymore. I tried copying the files and put them in the correct folder. Yet it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated as i do have the file if anyone can figure out how to get it to work. This is an Android based file.
